By accessing cyfur.in or engaging Cyfur for development services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Services
Cyfur provides web development, mobile app development, custom software, UI/UX design, and related digital services. Specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual project agreements or statements of work.
Intellectual property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom code and deliverables created specifically for their project, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Cyfur retains rights to general methodologies, tools, and pre-existing intellectual property.
Payment terms
Payment schedules are outlined in project agreements. Late payments may result in paused work. Refund policies are project-specific and documented in the service agreement.
Limitation of liability
Cyfur is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific project in question.
Website use
You agree not to misuse our website, attempt unauthorized access, or submit false information through our forms. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Maharashtra, India.
